The QuikLAB™ application, or "App," provides a user-friendly platform for scheduling COVID-19 tests at mobile testing sites, storing encrypted test results, and managing QuikPASS™ Reports. The application features distinct interfaces for consumer users and laboratory personnel, tailored to their respective needs.

For consumer users, the App enables the following functions related to COVID-19 testing conducted at CLIA-licensed mobile laboratories:

• Locate nearby QuikLAB™ testing sites
• Get directions to the site using Apple Maps
• Schedule testing appointments
• Receive appointment reminders 6 hours in advance
• Obtain a unique 6-digit QR Code for test identification
• Display the QR Code for verification at the testing site
• Access and review COVID-19 test results digitally
• Retrieve and share a de-identified QuikPASS™ Report with organizations
• Optionally upload an identification card for third-party verification purposes

The application serves QuikLAB™ personnel with the following features:

• Scan consumer user QR codes to access account information
• Record user responses to pre-testing health questionnaires
• Assign a unique laboratory report number for tracking test progress
• Upload COVID-19 test results
• Generate encrypted QuikPASS™ Reports
• Notify users of test completion
• Contact users directly via the App in case of positive test results or issues
